The Great North Festival Review

Postby Kay'D' on Wed Jul 30, 2008 3:40 pm

WOW!!! What a festival. The atmosphere was great and the organisation was superb!! Me and the guys had one heck of a gig and thoroughly enjoyed the saturday evening. Thanks to all the crew for your outstanding hospitality, thanks to the audience for creating the best atmosphere we've ever had and purchasing CD's, and finally well done to all the acts who were super!!!
Kay'D' (and the Redneck Rodeo) :o

What she said. And further thanks to the sound guys - it was the best sound I've ever had on a big stage.

Anyhow, I had a great time, listened to some fabulous music, met some nice people, the rest of the Rednecks were less annoying than usual, and I really loved having to get in the car and drive to Wetherby while Kay and the rest of the band headed for the bar.

That last bit's not true - I cried like a baby.
